PY Steakhouse at Casino del Sol Resort promises to be the coolest escape in town with a fabulous summer menu, live music, wine tasting events and cocktail offerings not to be missed:
Chef Erik Savin’s delectable summer menu includes a variety of new small plates: Dungeness Crab Cocktail, Carpaccio of Beef Tenderloin, Baked Cilantro Oysters, Smoked Crispy Pork Belly as well as the larger PY Signature Seafood Sampler with Fresh Raw Premium Oysters, Jumbo Shrimp, Langoustines, Alaskan King Crab Leg, Sea of Cortez Ceviche and a trio of sauces (24). The steakhouse experience is alive and well at PY featuring a full range of steaks and chops as well as the super summer special : Prime Rib Dinner – $19 per person: includes a 10 oz cut of Prime Rib, rosemary au jus, horse radish cream, loaded Baked Potato, and seasonal vegetable. Add a glass of Chalone Monterrey Cabernet Sauvignon or Buehler Chardonnay for just $4.
Maitre d’Hotel and Director of Wine Kevin Brady, is offering an ever-changing special wine list featuring exceptional wines and bubbles that will be offered throughout the summer for just $20 per bottle. He and Sommelier Desiree Rios are always available to help guests pair the perfect wine with every dish. Brady, longtime Maitre d’Hotel at the Ventana Room, joined the Casino del Sol group last year. Desiree comes to Del Sol, with an equally strong background as Sommelier for Janos Wilder’s acclaimed Janos and JBAR restaurants for over 14 years.

PY wine dinners are great and affordable fun. All begin at 6pm on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month, and include four wine-paired courses for $45 per person. As always, all wines at PY Steak house are specially priced for retail sale.

The talented Gabriel Ayala, Award Winning Concert Tribal Musician, will perform in the PY Lounge on the following dates from 6-8pm: June 14 & 28, July 12 & 26, August 9 & 30 and September 6 & 20.Super Summer Special Half-priced wines available to PY guests on performance evenings. Gabriel will be playing in the PY lounge to the enjoyment of dining and hotel guests.
Under the direction of Casino Del Sol Resort Mixologist, Aaron DeFeo (formerly of Hotel Congress), PY Bar managers Eric Farmilant and Eric Harding are among Tucson’s most talented mixologists. Their current summer cocktail menu is just a prelude to all that is available at this world class bar. They are equally adept at creating signature drinks and special blends upon request.
