Prizes:

The Texas Holdem Super Jackpot is a special jackpot for the Texas Holdem game, that is awarded when a special set of qualifying hands are achieved. This jackpot amount will have its own individual posting inside the poker room separate from the regular Texas Holdem Jackpot.


Promotion Rules:

All posted Bad Beat Jackpot Rules apply to the Texas Holdem Super Jackpot Promotion where applicable.

Qualifying:

Qualifying times are every hour seven days a week.

  • Qualifying hands are four Tens (10s) or better beaten. Four of a Kind must contain a pair in the hand. Both of each player’s hole cards must play and beat the board. These qualifying hands remain in effect until the Super Jackpot surpasses $49,999.
  • Qualifying hands are four Nines (9s) or better beaten. Four of a Kind must contain a pair in the hand. Both of each player’s hole cards must play and beat the board. These qualifying hands remain in effect while the Super Jackpot is between $50,000 – $54,999.
  • Qualifying hands are four Eights (8s) or better beaten. Four of a Kind must contain a pair in the hand. Both of each player’s hole cards must play and beat the board. These qualifying hands remain in effect while the Super Jackpot is between $55,000 – $59,999.
  • Qualifying hands are four Sevens (7s) or better beaten. Four of a Kind must contain a pair in the hand. Both of each player’s hole cards must play and beat the board. These qualifying hands remain in effect while the Super Jackpot is $60,000 or more.

Contributions:

  • If the super jackpot is hit, the jackpot will either be re-seeded at $30,000, or the promotion will be concluded at the discretion of the Director of Poker with proper notification of the Tribal Gaming Office.

Distributions:

  • If there is only one holdem game in the room. The player with the qualifying losing hand is awarded 50% of the jackpot. The player with the qualifying winning hand is awarded 25% of the jackpot. The other players at the table share the remaining 25% of the jackpot.
  • Room share is in effect for Jackpots in excess of 20,000 and are awarded 40%, 20%, and 20% using the criteria listed above. The remaining 20% is split among the remaining active players in the room at other holdem games.
  • To qualify for room share players must be playing the same game type.
  • If there are not any eligible players for this 20% split, the jackpot monies will be awarded 50%, 25%, 25% using normal distribution procedures.
  • Maximum room share is capped at $500.
  • If there are any monies not paid out due to Room Share and the $500 Maximum pay-out per guest for this 20% split, these funds will be added to the payout of the jackpot table and will be awarded 50%, 25%, 25% using normal distribution procedures.

Other rules:

If there is money on the Super Jackpot board at the conclusion of the promotion it will be distributed as follows:

  • The promotion may be extended with the approval of TGO.
  • Only one Texas Holdem Jackpot will be paid for a single qualifying event. If the Holdem Super Jackpot is paid, the regular Holdem Jackpot will remain posted. All state and federal tax laws will apply. Decisions of the poker Supervisory staff are final. This promotion may be changed, altered, or cancelled at the discretion of the Tribal Gaming Office.
